A Piece of Your History. We hope your TideTie piece becomes a cherished part of your personal history. If the architectural fit or style isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to arrange an exchange or return.

Exchanges : To swap your piece for another muse, please email us at Support@tidetie.com
Returns: In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original architectural packaging. Unless the item is faulty, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Studio Processing : Please allow 2–3 business days for our craftsmen to perfect your piece before it begins its journey.
Total Delivery Window:
- Australia Wide: Typically 5–8 business days from the date of order.
- International: Typically 7–12 business days.

DUTIES & TAXES

Seamless Elegance. To provide the most refined "Textile Jewelry" at an inclusive price, we ship directly from our International Fulfillment Center. We operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for most major destinations (including AU, USA, CA, and China). The price at checkout is final—no surprise charges upon arrival.

Email Support@tidetie.com with your order number.
Ensure the TideTie piece is secured in its original Blue Box to prevent damage.
Once inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
